![]() is one of the worst attempts at political satire I have ever seen: every line pertaining to it is just a horrid attempt at making fun of Israel, and in this day and age with the Middle Eastern immigration problem, it's actually much worse! Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt made better taint humor and it never needed to be preachy despite one of the characters being a pedophiliac priest! They constantly reference being in a movie, and yet, at the end, they're told they can get a movie deal unawares of the events that happened! Seth MacFarlane's character I.S.R.A.E.L. Whenever it tries to break the 4th wall or become self-aware, it just comes off as really confused and disorienting. The movie is just so fucking nasty and stupid to everything that comes its way. But because he didn't get to go on the ONE THING they missed, he sets fire to/bombs the park killing everyone in a bitter rage of selfish greed! This movie is a child who got to go to Disneyland, meet all his favorite characters, buy a fuck-ton of toys, and got to go on all the best rides. ![]() This whole movie is extremely bitter that's the word it can be boiled down to at its soul: bitter! This is one of the most bitter pieces of animation I have ever seen yes, even worse than Family Guy in that regard. Coyote to commit suicide, calling Disney evil and basically confusing South Park for how horrid Family Guy has gotten. In the original show, whenever they resorted to using gore and sexual humor for jokes, they usually did it with tact and it made some sense in one way or another, like when Captain Hero was forced to clean the balls of his archenemy and they were just NASTY! And in the actual episodes, while they made fun of plenty of cartoons like making Popeye a steroid junkie, it didn't seem at all like it had that much contempt for them, and any that was had was done as a joke! Here, they just seem completely contemptible towards any cartoon that isn't them, running over Barney Rubble and the Smurfs, forcing Wile E. The budget of this movie was $350,000 even SOUTH PARK made better looking regular episodes on less than that back when it was paper cutouts! And on that note, South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut is easily this movie done right! Even though it hasn't aged perfectly, its message against censorship is far stronger and way more relevant! And even Spanky Ham, who is BASED ON flash web cartoons, doesn't transition well into actual flash animation. The flash animation of this movie is on-par with Johnny Test and easily worse because the original cartoon had a goddamn real budget! The way everybody moves gets really stiff at times, especially in crowd shots where the background almost seems tacked on! Out of all the characters, Xandir has the absolute worst animation of the main cast next to Foxxy's stiff movements and Wooldoor's. Worse than any of the Disney cheapquels because at least those were mostly mediocrely hand drawn, as the original movies they're trying to relate to, were drawn much better. This movie, right out of the ballpark, isn't the worst thing I've ever seen by a long shot, but it IS the worst television spinoff/direct-to-video movie ever made by far. I found it horrible then and I find it bad now, especially since I now have a more concise academic lense. And although my criticisms are probably very similar, I have given the movie a chance back when it first made the scene five years ago. I can assure you I am doing this because I want to I feel that as an ACTUAL FAN of the original Drawn Together cartoon series, I can give my thoughts, although I'll admit MrEnter's review was personally pretty damn good despite his rage. And besides by that logic, MrEnter rips off The Nostalgia Critic and JonTron rips off the Angry Video Game Nerd. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm a MrEnter rip-off for doing this, blah, blah, blah! I don't rightly care too much what you people think of me or what I review calling me a knockoff, I will review whatever I want whenever I please! Me and MrEnter have similar but at the same time different philosophies when it comes to cartoons, although I will admire what he's done and what have you. ![]() Writer(s): David Jessler, Matt Silverstein ![]()
